The Moon Thief

Animation class, Summer 2025, 1 min 36s

A stop-motion short that I directed and animated. A magical being with a star for a head makes flowers grow as it walks. Its evil twin comes to steal the moon, they fight, and in the end they make up.

I made everything from cut paper puppets and shot it frame by frame using a box, a piece of glass and a lamp.

Stills
